This recipe calls for the follow products in the Elevated Pantry:
INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR "RAMEN" NOODLES:
- 2 teaspoons of Black to My Roots
- 1 teaspoon of THAT Herbal Remedy
- 3/4 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 3 dates, pitted
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 heaping tablespoon fresh thyme (whole sprigs are best)
- sea salt to taste
- cracked black pepper to taste
- 3-4 cloves of garlic garlic
- 1/2 cup of cashews (pre-soaked for at least 1 hour)
- 1/2 cup of coconut creme
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- water (if needed)
- fresh parsley (chopped)
OPTIONS FOR RAW NOODLES:
- kelp noodles
- zucchini noodles
- carrot noodles
- a mixture of all !
DIRECTIONS:
In a blender, combine all ingredients (except parsley & noodles) & blend until fully smooth.
*You may also put all ingredients in a large mason jar and use a hand immersion blender for this sauce. That's my favorite way to make it.
In a large bowl, prepare your raw noodles.
Pour sauce over noodles. Mix thoroughly.
(Optional Step) Place prepared bowl of noodles into the dehydrator for 2 hours. This allows for noodles to be served warm.
Top with your desired amount of fresh parsley, and jerk mushrooms.
