All food featured on the platter will be fully raw vegan, inspired by recipes from the Cookbook, RAW AND RIPE! fully raw meaning: all minerals and enzymes will be preserved in their integrity, being prepared with no heat or fire. Raw food is alchemy at its best!
RAW AND RIPE Cookbooks and Fasting Manuals will also be sold and signed by Chef Danielle in person.
We will also have a LIMITED AMOUNT of some surprise treats available only in house at the restaurant until they are sold out. These cannot be pre-ordered!
