Sacred WOMB Nourisher (Soothing Moon Cycle Blend)
Ingredients: Red Raspberry Leaf, Nettle, Lavender, Rose, 🌹RoseMary, Damiana, Love.
Amount: 8oz. 10-12 tablespoons.
Please note: Each tablespoon of loose herbs can be brewed up to two times for maximum potency. Meaning, this elevated blend would yield up to 20-24 cups of tea. With this blend, It is best to brew a cup upon rising, and with the same herbs, brew a second cup before resting.
Can be beneficial for cleansing, toning, and nourishing the Womb.
Heavy menstrual bleeding? The potent, mineral packed Nettle in this blend will help to replenish your Iron. The Vitamin C in the plant will also help with Iron absorption.
These Sacred WOMB Nourishing blends are for the Goddesses. Blends are to be brewed and sipped with intention. This blend/herbal compound is great to sip:
- A couple days before, during, and after your moon cycle.

Suggestions on How to Use:
- Brew/infuse 1 tablespoon of the herbal tea blend with 8 ounces of hot/boiled water, then Strain. Best if taken twice daily.
- Play mediation music, healing frequencies, or speak positive affirmations for your womb aloud while brewing.
- You can then add your desired amount of honey with the intention to “add sweetness to your life”. You can also use maple syrup as an alternative. Optional: Add coconut cream or any other plant milk to your brew.
- Right before you take your first sip: SET YOUR INTENTION. Whether it be for energetic healing of internal traumas that have been held in your womb space, or to manifest a peaceful, less painful or pain-FREE moon cycle, make your intention clear, with yourSelf!
- Take three deep breaths: inhale and exhale, to take in the earthy aromas. Then, sip slow, with gratitude: knowing, your prayers have been heard.
SIS, ARE YOU HAVING PAINFUL CRAMPING AND/OR HEAVY BLEEDING DURING YOUR CYCLE? HERE ARE SOME ADDITIONAL SUGGESTIONS:
1.) Eliminate dairy, processed foods, JUNK food, and meat products from your regimen. ESPECIALLY in preparation for, and during, your moon cycle. These substances have been proven to make your cycle heavier and more intensely painful.
That means... release the oreos, chocolate, ice cream, burgers and fries, sis! You THINK it's satisfying you, but it's actually MAKING THE CRAMPING AND HEAVY BLEEDING WORST! Try making homemade banana nice-cream, a black bean or lentil burger, maybe even creating some RAW CACAO (the most raw form of chocolate) and date energy balls instead. Get creative with your healing and be intentional with what you put in your body, especially at this sacred time of release. Treat your body like a temple for light and healing foods and herbs, not junk. You deserve better than that!
2.) Eliminate coffee, and sip on this Herbal Elixir instead. This blend will nourish & provide you with the elements and nutrients your womb needs for HEALING.
3.) Incorporate more FRESH LEAFY GREENS before and during your cycle.
4.) Incorporate more fresh pressed GREEN JUICE before and during your cycle.
5.) Incorporate more BERRIES into your regimen. Blackberries, blueberries, strawberries! A great way to start your days during your cycle is: First, a hot cup of your Sacred WOMB Nourishing Tea, then, a berry smoothie! For lunch, a BIG GREEN SALAD, then dinner, some delicious grains, maybe a lentil stew, and some stir-fried veggies.
6.) Practice Breathwork during the time of your cycle. Slow, deep breathing techniques can do WONDERS for releasing the pain of cramping. While you breath, close your eyes, place your palms on your womb space, and Intentionally send LOVE & LIGHT to your Her, during your practice.
