This recipe calls for the following products in the Elevated Pantry:
- 1 small purple onion, peeled & sliced
- 1 teaspoon of BLack to My Roots
- 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- pink salt to taste
Pour all ingredients, except for the onions, into a mason jar.
Close the mason jar and shake all the ingredients so that they are fully combined.
Open the jar and add your sliced purple onions and fill to the brim!
Close the mason jar and store in the refrigerator and let sit overnight.
