This recipe calls for the following products in the Elevated Pantry:
INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
- 1 cup of portobello mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon of Jamaican Jerk Seasoning Rub
- 3 tablespoons of coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
DIRECTIONS:
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients except for the mushrooms to make the jerk marinade.
Pour the marinade over the sliced mushrooms, and let marinate for 6-8 hours.
Add marinated mushrooms to wraps, raw pastas, and of course, as a BOMB salad topper!

This recipe is absolutely amazing! The Jamaican Jerk seasoning is ON POINT. I put some of my mushrooms in the dehydrator until they were more of a jerky consistency and they were soooo delicious! The season set in even more! Thanks again Chef Dani! 💚
