A dairy and honey free take on a traditional Honey Mustard Dressing. The tahini base makes this dressing perfectly creamy and nutritious.Tahini, a very special ingredient often used in middle eastern and mediterranean dishes, is a paste made of sesame seeds. Sesame seeds are a great source of plant protein, calcium, B vitamins, and healthy fats. *If you do not have tahini, you can substitute this ingredient for sunflower seed butter.
This honey mustard dressing is equal parts tangy and sweet. The perfect, balanced dressing or dip that is quick to make yet absolutely delicious! This dressing tastes amazing on black rice salad, kale salads, burgers, on wraps, and more! It is best to use runny, liquidy, tahini. If your tahini is very thick, feel free to add water one tablespoon at a time as you whisk, to loosen the sauce and get it to the texture you desire.
