This recipe calls for the following products in the Elevated Pantry:
INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
- 1 small head of Purple Cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup of sesame oil
- 1/4 cup of olive oil (OR simply 1/2 cup of ONE chosen oil)
- 1 tablespoon of Jamaican Jerk Seasoning Rub
- pink Himalayan salt to taste
BREADING INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 cups of almond meal/flour
- 1 cup of flaxmeal/flour
- 2 teaspoons of BLack to My Roots
- pink Himalayan salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
In a bowl, mix all ingredients EXCEPT FOR the breading ingredients and let sit to marinate for at least 2 hours. Overnight is best.
In a large bowl, mix all breading ingredients.
Dip your marinated cauliflower florets into the breading mixture and place them on a dehydrator sheet like little cauli-soldiers !
Dehydrate for 3 hours at 118 degrees.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
*After marinating your cauliflower, save whatever marinade is leftover in the bowl it was marinating it! You can pour the rest of that goodness on top of your finished cauliflower or add it to a dipping sauce. Get Creative!
