This recipe calls for the following products in the Elevated Pantry:
- 1 Sweet Ripe Plantain, diced
- 1/4 Purple Onion, diced
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup Fresh Parsley or Cilantro, chopped fine
- 3 tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 3 tablespoons of Maple Syrup
- 1 tablespoon of RICH Curry Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon of BLack to My Roots
- 2 tablespoons of Dripped Out Sun-Dried Tomatoes
In a large bowl, mix olive oil, maple syrup, RICH Curry Seasoning, BLack to My Roots, & Dripped Sun-Dried Tomatoes.
Then add plantain, purple onion, red bell pepper, and fresh parsley or cilantro. Stir all ingredients together.
